01:00 am. We turn on the lights at Wood N’Fire. Day after day, with the same thrill, we begin kneading dough, by hand, and we smile because we think of you. We think of you cutting the edge of the bread before you step out of our door, we think of you dipping a piece of bread in some fresh olive oil and we think of your children eating their favourite sandwiches.
